The Red Mill Inn menu options are made from scratch with the freshest locally sourced ingredients available. Their pizza crusts are made fresh in house, and their meats are always fresh, never frozen. Produce is delivered nearly daily to maintain freshness and quality. The Italian sausage is made by hand right here in Brookfield. They are independently and locally owned.
