Description
The 2025 Metro Builders Association Parade of Homes, presented by Nonn’s, runs from August 9th through September 1st. The MBA’s Parade of Homes is the longest-running Parade in the entire United States, spanning 79 years! Each year, the MBA Parade builders offer some of the finest home designs, newest home trends, and cutting-edge features for you to enjoy as you tour the model homes.
This year's Parade showcases 12 amazing homes by MBA's builder members in two subdivisions in Menomonee Falls - Bella Vista Estates and QuietWood. Each site offers unique homes with many of today’s new trends, grand finishes, and convenient subdivision locations that offer exciting opportunities for you to build your dream home.
LOCATIONS:
Bella Vista Estates:
Bella Vista Estates is located in the Village of Menomonee Falls on the south side of Main Street, just east of the Townline Road Roundabout. From I-94, take exit 295, Hwy F north for 4.5 miles to Lisbon Road/Hwy K. Turn right on Hwy K to Townline Road. Turn left on Townline Road and follow 2 miles until the Roundabout. Turn the first right onto Main Street. The subdivision entrance will be on the south side of Main Street.
QuietWood:
From I-45 exit on Silver Spring Dr., Head West on One Mile Rd. to the subdivision entrance.
