Celebrating its 80th Parade of Homes - Longest Running in the Nation! August 15 - September 7, 2026. Each year, the MBA Parade builders offer some of the finest home designs, newest home trends, and cutting-edge features for you to enjoy as you tour the model homes. Each site offers unique homes with many of today’s new trends, grand finishes, and convenient subdivision locations that offer exciting opportunities for you to build your dream home.

Saturdays & Sundays - 11AM-5PM
Tuesday - Friday - 4PM-8PM | Closed Mondays (except Labor Day).
